Role Type: Apprentice – Completing a level 3 qualification in Business Administration apprenticeship.
Hours: 40 hours

Role Accountabilities:
* To provide administrative support to the depot operations.
* Responding to customer enquiries in a professional manner by phone and email.
* Maintain filing system to ensure accurate administration of worksheets, work tickets and all other filing as required.
* Input data into CSG’s in-house computer databases and other administrative computer systems.
* Process Sales and Purchase Invoices.
* Order stationery and provide admin support for ad hoc tasks.
* Complete all the relevant tasks for ‘end of month’ within the timescale given.
* Effectively coordinate with all sections of the business to meet tasks/deadlines.
* Take ownership of customer orders and distribute to relevant sections of business; customer queries; and driver requests/queries for all sections of business.
* Coordinate other calls and activities as required.
* Ensure compliance with the Group’s Health and Safety policy and behaviours.
* Demonstrate and provide the highest levels of service and professionalism to internal and external customers.
* Be proactive and adopt a focused approach to all your activities.
* Communicate clearly at all levels within the business.
* Proactively manage your time and activities to ensure high level of efficiency and output.
Person Specification
The Candidate:
* Strong attention to detail.
* Computer literate, experience of MS Office.
* Excellent team working skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
* Formal qualifications to a minimum GCSE level.
* Competence and aptitude to work as part of a team.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation and with external customers.
* Hard Working.
