About the Role
As a Commercial and Intellectual Property Lawyer, Manager, you'll be part of the IP & Commercial team within our expansive Legal network. This team is uniquely positioned to handle a variety of traditional and non-traditional (mostly non-contentious) legal projects. Our work spans advising start-ups to multinational companies across diverse sectors, leveraging PwC’s extensive client base. You'll have the opportunity to build deep client relationships and engage in technically challenging and varied legal engagements.

What Your Days Will Look Like:
* Engage in various IP tasks, including providing advice, conducting due diligence, and drafting contracts.
* Collaborate with PwC's non-legal IP experts on structuring and commercialisation.
* Lead and assist in large global reorganisations, and act as a point of contact for clients.
* Evaluate client contracts against best practices and support work-winning activities.

This role is for you if:
* 4 to 6 years' PQE, with consideration for candidates with 2-4 years' PQE at a different grade.
* Qualified in England & Wales (or other UK) or with substantial experience practising there.
* Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, providing commercial law advice, and advising on non-contentious IP.
* Interest in technically challenging projects and intellectual curiosity about business operations and value drivers.
* Willingness to engage in business development activities, build networks, and develop internal relationships to enhance the PwC brand.
