Central Employment are delighted to be working with an established and expanding North East Healthcare Marketing Agency, as they look to appoint a Senior Account Manager.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will report to a dedicated Account Director, taking full autonomy, working a global healthcare brand multi-service Marketing campaigns and projects. Leading high level, proactive key accounts – you will plan, support and ensure ‘on-time/on-budget’ delivery for all our agency services and outputs.
Responsibilities:
* Develop existing and new multi-point opportunities within key accounts.
* Develop compelling solutions for clients that utilize the agency’s key services, focusing on sustainable account growth and demonstrating a solid understanding of clients’ marketing needs, brands, competitors, and challenges.
* Work seamlessly with the wider client services team (Account Directors, Account Managers, and Account Executives) to proactively manage and execute client projects and campaigns.
* Develop effective relationships with clients and external partners as well as the internal creative, digital, and account management teams to ensure efficient delivery of projects on time and to budget, while ensuring a profitable return.
* Retain overall responsibility for the profit/loss/growth achieved within key accounts.
The successful candidate will have the following relevant experience:
* Education to graduate/degree standard in a related discipline, Biomedical ideally
* Has circa 3+ yrs marketing agency experience, with a focus on the Healthcare sector
* Demonstrable experience managing and growing large accounts
* Excellent presentation skills, comfortable with client pitches.
