PA, Senior Administrator I am excited to support my client with their search for a PA. This position would suit a dynamic individual who thrives in a busy, varied role and who is organised with prioritisation skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management. Manage and organise daily schedules, appointments, and meetings. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries. Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings. Maintain confidential files and records. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders on behalf of senior management. Support various projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
