We are based in Carnforth, Lancashire but serve businesses all over the UK. Our customers range in size from small, independent businesses to larger corporates.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a target driven, passionate Sales & Account Manager to join our team to drive sales and customer base growth within our small and medium sized business segment. Joining us at this stage of our journey will mean that you have a huge opportunity to make a difference and help drive the business on its next phase of growth.
Key responsibilities
• New Customers. Contacting prospective new customers through own initiative, existing reports and company strategy.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Contacting our small and medium sized customer base on a regular basis to ensure customers are happy, stocked and new products are communicated.
• Attending exhibitions. We take part in several trade show exhibitions over the year. These provide a valuable opportunity to meet existing and new customers face to face to generate new prospects and get repeat orders.
Key performance measures
• Sales growth from our small and medium sized customers. You will do this by having more customers spending more and more often.
• Customer base growth. Simply put, grow the number of customers who regularly spend with us.
Who You Are
• A natural salesperson – confident, persuasive, and resilient.
• Highly organised – able to manage multiple accounts and sales pipelines effectively
• Self-motivated – thrives working independently and takes initiative.
• Passionate about sustainability – excited to promote eco-friendly gifting solutions.
• Experience in sales and account management (preferably in B2B or product-based businesses)
