Job Title: Mess Manager
About the Role:
The Mess Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day services and hospitality for various functions. This role involves managing a team to ensure stock and kitchen needs are met while maintaining exceptional standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team to deliver high-quality food and beverage services
* Manage stock and inventory to optimize costs and minimize waste
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
What We Offer:

* A 40-hour workweek, Monday-Friday (occasional weekends depending on business needs)
* A shift pattern of 08:00-16:30
* 28 days of holiday (plus 3 extra days after 2 years of service)
