The Role: As the Commercial Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of the dealership’s sales operations. This dual-purpose role combines hands-on responsibilities with management duties. You will: Lead, manage, and mentor a small team of sales professionals. Drive individual and team sales performance to meet and exceed targets. Build and maintain relationships with key commercial clients. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer service. Maintain a strong focus on achieving KPIs and business goals.
