We have a greatopportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager who will beresponsible for the Service Department within our client sColindale Dealership and ensure thatvolume and profit targets aremet.
Thesuccessful candidate will maximise productivity and identify newopportunities to innovate and improve all aspects of the business.The successful candidate will closely oversee sales activity byreviewing performance with the team and agree actions required toimprove sales. We are looking for someone who is enthusiasticselfmotivated and has the ability to motivate and support others ina fast paced environment.
JobPurpose:
Todrive the standard in customer care and achieve agreed financialtargets through the effective management of the resources of theservice team.
You ll be responsiblefor ensuring profit and volume targets are met and managingprocesses and systems in line with Company and Brand Dealerstandards. You ll demonstrate our clients Purpose Principles andAmbition (PPA) in all dealings with colleagues customers andprospects.
KeyResponsibilities andAccountabilities:
* Managementof a dealership Aftersales team with responsibility for meeting allinternal and externalmeasures
* Deliverexceptional customer service to a wide range of customers byidentifying meeting and exceeding theirexpectations.
* Managethe performance of a team of Service Advisers to deliver profitablecustomerfocusedservice.
* Manageall opportunities to deliver valueaddedsales.
* Workwith internal and external stakeholders to meet all customerservice indices in line with our clientsPPA.
* Maximizeproductivity and meet incometargets.
* Identifynew opportunities to innovate and improve all aspects of thebusiness.
* Balancethe complexities of resource allocation including parts andlabour.
* Towork effectively with a diverse workforce with evidence of managingin a pressured and complexenvironment.
* Closelymonitor and control sales activity by reviewing performance withindividuals and agreeing on action required to improvesales
