Job Description
Alchemy is working with an established London based Artist Studio who are looking to bring on a Studio Technical Coordinator.
Responsibilities include:
* Coordinate installations with the technical team and manager, including booking jobs from various departments.
* Develop and maintain schedules for all technical projects and activities.
* Oversee daily operations of the technical team, providing clear direction and leadership.
* Monitor progress and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
* Manage logistics from start to finish.
* Maintain accurate records of collections, deliveries, and associated paperwork.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring smooth execution.
Requirements:
* A self-starter with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a flexible work approach.
* Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in an art logistics role.
* Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working under pressure and as part of a team.
* Full driving license and willingness to occasionally work out of hours.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
