THE ROLE
We are seeking a driven and agile Director of Product Management to support our Business Transformation team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving Phastar’s data visualization and other forward-looking products to a global market of both new and existing clients. As part of this role, the successful individual will be strategically involved in supporting the development, delivery and commercialisation of new products based on client needs and ever-changing market demands.
This cross-functional role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, capable of working closely with marketing, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure the highest quality of service and client satisfaction across strategic, growth and tactical customers.

This position is remote (although can be office based or hybrid, depending on your location) and will involve occasional travel to events throughout the year.
Responsibilities
* Leading Phastar’s product development for data visualization products
* Heavily involved in Phastar’s internal tool development for SDTM/ADaM/TLFs/CSR automations
* Be the front person to go to conferences and speak expertise, to promote Phastar’s innovation visions and products
* Be the business unit owner and work closely with business development/marketing to engage customers
* Drive continuous product refinement based on market and client feedback
* Drive new product development based on market demands
Qualifications
* Minimum BSc, preferred in statistics, computer science or related discipline
* 10+ years experience in biostatistics or programming/database programming from within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
* Experience with data visualisation, r-shiny and AI implementation would be preferred, however not essential
* Valid passport and willing and able to travel globally
