We're now looking for a reliable and detail oriented Assistant Financial Planning Administrator to join our small and supportive team.

Key responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for all client enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
* Schedule meetings, manage diaries, and prepare client documents.
* Help process new business and maintain accurate records in our systems.
* Support our annual planning process and ensure high standards of ongoing client service.
* Provide general office support: greeting visitors, handling post, and ordering supplies.
* Help keep the office running smoothly and always client-ready.
What we're looking for
Essential:
* Ideally at least 1 year in an administrative role (including internships or work experience).
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with care and attention.
* Confident with Microsoft Office and general office tech.
* A positive attitude and clear, professional communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
Desirable:
* Experience in financial planning or a professional services environment.
* Relevant qualifications such as the Certificate in Financial Planning, RO1, or LP2.
