Winbourne Fabrics is looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and selling them the best fabric in the market If you have a passion for connecting with people, a keen eye for quality fabric, and a desire to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you Responsibilities and Duties Represent the company within a defined territory (Territory is Derbyshire to West Sussex and everything east to the coast) Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships Introduce new products whilst currently selling existing products Book meetings with customers in a timely fashion Work with the VP of Sales to set annual sales goals and plans for achieving those goals Review detailed supplier information to ensure comfortable level of knowledge with each fabric release Host shop events to showcase Winbourne fabrics and educate consumers Attend various quilt shows around territory Attend monthly team calls to share ideas and best practices Attend weekly sales calls to review sales, targets and meetings Attend annual convention in America Start date - 1 April 2025 Experience and qualifications Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably in the fabric industry Proven track record of growing sales in an established territory Ability to build and maintain strong relationships Strong ability to troubleshoot and solve problems Reliable vehicle Positive attitude Detail oriented Experience with Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Clean driving record Ability to travel throughout England Ability to work independently without direct supervision If you are interested in applying for this exciting role, please send your CV and cover letter
