Contract Manager
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our national facilities management and building services provider in Oxford.
The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing a positive relationship with our client and being accountable for the financial performance of the contracts.
This is a full-time permanent position, offering a salary of up to £75,000 per annum, along with a company car and comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
* To oversee personnel in managing contracts in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* To ensure effective management of risks related to safety, health, environment, and quality.
* To guarantee compliance with all statutory and company procedures across stakeholder groups.
* To ensure that preventive maintenance and reactive tasks are carried out as per the maintenance specification and documented in real-time using the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system.
* To participate in the on-call management team.
* To maintain commercial understanding of client contractual deliverables across all services.
* To collaborate with operational management to develop performance measurement and improvement objectives.
* To drive successful contract negotiations and business improvement initiatives.
* To drive profit improvement through sales generation and cost-saving initiatives in collaboration with operations teams.
Essential Qualifications:
* A full clean driving license.
* A recognized hard services industry qualification.
* Experience in managing Total Facilities Management (TFM) within pharmaceutical or process-controlled environments.
* Experience in utilizing a CAFM system to manage engineering teams.
* The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Availability to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota, potentially requiring occasional late work hours.
