Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive, record & process all invoices, taking them through to payment.
2. Ensure all job costings are validated and approved in a timely manner.
3. Match and file invoices with their matching receipts.
4. Statement reconciliations and statement balances.
5. Maintain financial records accurately.
6. Ensure all compliance is adhered to.
7. Take ownership of queries and their resolution.
8. Communicate with other departments effectively.
9. Any other reasonable duties which may be requested.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Be self-motivated and have good decision-making ability.
2. Excellent organisation & time management.
3. Obtain a keen eye for detail.
