Description
Grada Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects within the General Civil, roading, or 3 waters space.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be tasked with delivering a portfolio of works across the private and public sectors on time and within budget. You will manage the client relationship along with the financial and contractual duties. Additionally, you will be expected to lead a safe and positive team culture onsite and develop those you lead.

The Ideal Candidate
* A tertiary qualification in Civil or Geo-technical Engineering
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* 3-5+ years in a Project Management role delivering projects of $15m+
* Previous experience planning and scheduling workloads and crews
* Fantastic understanding of the New Zealand H&S rules and regulations
* Previous experience in Ground or Civil Engineering
