The opportunities are vast, we have a structured professional plan to aim to get you to a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant within 6 months. You can then work towards Senior, Principal and Managing Consultant. You’re probably thinking, sounds good but what will I “actually” be doing? Recruitment is the subtle art of finding the right person for the job… and then getting that person to the job Your day-to-day will consist of: Speaking with candidates to discuss their experiences and abilities Speaking to clients to establish what their needs are Arranging placements for Trades and Labour candidates Beating the boss in a round of darts Spinning the wheel to win prizes based off performance Creating job adverts Learning and training to understand your market and become an expert We have all the tools required to run a lucrative desk, reporting into experienced and successful consultants who will help you on your journey. Trades & Labour Division We have a strong Trades & Labour Division already and so you will be working alongside some already successful consultants including learning off the Divisional Manager who has been in the industry for 20 years (don’t tell him we told you). Working hours are 8:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 8:00 – 16:00 Friday. What qualifications will you need? Recruitment is not for everyone It’s a tough industry that requires resilience, hard work and a competitive nature.
