The Studio Producer will oversee the operation of the StoneX video studio, ensuring the smooth execution of all productions, from live broadcasts to pre-recorded segments. This individual will be responsible for running all aspects of video production, including technical setup, managing crew and equipment, directing on-set activities, and ensuring that high-quality content is delivered on time. The Studio Producer will act as the key point of contact between the studio team and other departments, ensuring seamless workflows and communication.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the video studio, overseeing all technical and creative aspects of production.
2. Operate and maintain studio equipment, ensuring everything is ready for recording, including cameras, lighting, sound, and other technical components.
3. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of both live and recorded productions.
4. Direct and manage the studio crew during shoots, ensuring that everyone is aligned on production goals and timelines.
5. Collaborate with various teams within the Marketing and Communications departments to ensure that all video content aligns with broader brand and messaging strategies.
6. Develop and refine production workflows and studio processes to improve efficiency and output quality.
7. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production, ensuring minimal disruption to schedules.
8. Maintain responsibility for studio scheduling, ensuring all required team members and equipment are available for each production.
9. Oversee post-production workflows, ensuring smooth transitions between the studio and editing team.
10. Ensure all content produced meets the technical and quality standards required for distribution across distribution platforms.
11. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in studio production techniques, continually improving studio operations.
12. Liaise with external suppliers and freelancers as necessary for studio maintenance, additional production resources, or technical support.
