You will be an instrumental member of the Finance team and expected to own tasks and take on responsibilities. You will gain exposure to all areas of the Finance function and wider business. Key Responsibilities
1. Support with embedding and development of the Operational Resilience framework.
2. Own and coordinate the supplier management process, including the onboarding of and in-life management of suppliers.
3. Own the model governance framework and work with the business to ensure that models are managed in line with the framework.
4. Work with business areas to ensure that Important Business Services and associated process mapping and self-assessments remain current and maintained over time.
5. Development and delivery of scenario testing across all Important Business Services and work with departments to develop remediation plans for any vulnerabilities identified.
6. Develop and own the production of regular Operational Resilience & Risk reporting.
7. Support with delivering relevant Operational Resilience and Operational Risk training as and when required.
8. Provide support on incident/risk event reporting and the development of mitigating actions to prevent reoccurrence.
9. Maintain the internal control framework through coordination and execution of regular control testing.
10. Provide guidance and advice to business areas to complete root cause analysis into identified control and process issues and develop effective remediation plans.
11. Review risk and control MI to identify any potential issues, trends, or common themes and develop actions to address.
12. Day to day management of our customer journey framework through Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Management, Inventory maintenance, ensuring consistency and approval through weekly SOP meetings.
13. There may be occasions where you will have to support the wider business upon the request of your manager.

Experience
1. Experience in Operational Resilience and/or Operational Risk.
2. Experience within a Banking or Financial Services.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
4. Experience in financial services operating platforms.
5. High numeracy and literacy skills.
