We are working exclusively with this company based in the Welwyn Garden City area who are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a 12 month contract initially.
Your duties will include meeting and greeting clients and staff, answering inbound calls and transferring to the relevant departments and being helpful to all. Provide administrative help where required as well as general filing of invoices. Other duties include franking all mail and dealing with stationery orders. Ensuring that the cupboards are kept tidy.
You will be have a background with reception duties, have basic Microsoft skills and are generally numeric and possess literacy skills.

This role is intially for 12 months and will then be reviewed.
