We’re now recruiting a HSE Coordinator to join our HSE & Governance team in Glasgow.
This is a hybrid working opportunity, so you’ll be able to split your week between the office and working from home. There may be some ad hoc travel required to support meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

About the role
As HSE Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the coordination and administration of HSE performance data, communications, engagement and HSE documentation across our Scottish Assets.
Within this role you’ll be collating and reporting on HSE performance data, creating documents and presentations to support HSE forums at all levels of the business. You’ll support the team by entering HSE data into the computerised HSE reporting tool, and quality checking data entries against required quality standards and reporting on findings.
You’ll be the one who organises and coordinates HSE meetings and their attendance. This will involve taking the minutes, circulating the necessary meeting documents and recording the actions from the meetings. You’ll also support with arranging internal and external engagements such as meetings, visits, and conference calls.
This is a brand-new role for the team so it’s a great opportunity to grow with the role and make it your own.
Who we’re looking for
Ideally, you’ll hold a recognised health and safety qualification and/or a recognised environmental qualification. You’ll also have previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to work with IT-based data collection and reporting tools.
You’ll be able to demonstrate effective time management, with the ability to organise and coordinate multiple stakeholders across different time zones.
You’ll have professional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on inter-personal relationships.
