Our client is a contract caterer operating a staff restaurant within a well-known site in Newquay. As part of a large organization, there are ample opportunities for future career progression.
What’s involved?
As a Chef de Partie, you will be involved in service within a staff restaurant, catering for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will work within a large brigade, producing a range of fresh, healthy meals for many covers each day. Shift patterns range between 5 am and 6:30 pm on a rota basis. Weekends are included, with an expectation to work 1 in 3 weekends.
