Senior Financial Controller - RBH Hospitality Management Ltd (Head Office)

What You'll Be Doing:
1. Financial Strategy & Leadership: Lead the financial operations across both properties, overseeing financial planning, reporting, and forecasting. Ensure monthly P&L accounts (actual vs budget) are accurately prepared, reconciled, and reviewed. Act as a key financial advisor to the General Managers, supporting them in interpreting financial reports and understanding cost control measures.
2. Financial Control & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, tax legislation, and internal policies. Prepare monthly/quarterly VAT returns and assist with VAT inspections as required. Conduct internal audits and compliance checks.
3. Operational & Commercial Efficiency: Oversee cash control procedures, including preparation and posting of bank reconciliations, credit card transactions, and cheque deposits. Implement robust financial controls and policies.
4. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and supervise the finance team, providing guidance, training, and professional development. Conduct regular training sessions on financial procedures.

About You: Preferably ACCA qualified with experience in financial leadership roles, ideally in hospitality or a multi-site business. Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
