Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced Receptionist to carry out reception duties to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties to one of our prestigious clients in the Harley Street area of London. A high standard of service delivery is expected, and you will have the ability to understand what is needed to ensure our client requirements are met. This is a part time, permanent position. Your responsibilities will include: To support the smooth running of a ground floor reception desk in a medical environment during peak hours. Provide a warm and courteous welcome to all practitioners, patients and visitors. Inform practitioners their visitors have arrived, communicating in the most suitable way for each consultant. Maintain a secure reception area, by controlling access and monitoring the CCTV. Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and couriers. You will have: Experience working as a receptionist in a high end spa. A confident and professional manner. Showing discretion. Have exceptional organisation and communication skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which you can maintain an exceptional level of service whilst managing multiple tasks. Sound like the job for you?
