As the Software Configuration Analyst, you will provide application configuration and administration services to the business. This includes event management - managing incidents and problems within the ITIL framework. This role will develop services and maintain software configurations and maintenance of other technology driven business rule services. Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Build expert knowledge of Lowell applications and business processes, including those provided by 3rd party IT suppliers Undertake business driven application configuration changes to key Lowell applications to deliver a smooth service for stakeholders Provide application support and troubleshooting for mainly user-raised incidents in the Live system incl. functional and data queries Provide support for UAT and provide business sign off for fixes, BAU issues or small changes Work closely with Developers and Product Owners to understand new system functionality Attend and participate in agile project meetings - stand ups, elaboration, retrospectives, etc Build and maintain letter templates as defined by the business What we need from you: Experience with Power Automate with SharePoint is essential Ability to acquire, retain and share technical knowledge regarding bespoke applications and their underlying data structures Excellent communication skills with confidence to build strong relationships at all levels of the business within an operational support role balancing demand from various stakeholders Enthusiastic, hardworking and driven individual with a focus on delivering the best possible service Can demonstrate ability to prioritise and organise workload in order to meet tight deadlines A mission that gives back: You'll also have lots of opportunities to make an impact on your personal development.
