Are you passionate about driving seamless implementations, optimising team performance, and ensuring business transformation success? We’re looking for an Implementation Readiness Lead to be a key player in our EP2P Implementation Team, leading the charge in delivering our pioneering EP2P Procurement solution and service.
This dynamic position focuses on two key areas: ensuring clients and end users are fully prepared for the business transformations brought by the implementation—proactively handling change resistance, fostering adoption, and optimising training efficiency; and improving the EP2P Implementation Team’s efficiency by refining strategy, strengthening team capabilities, and embedding industry-leading methodologies and best practices.
This post is almost entirely home-based, with occasional travel expected to client sites or one of our office locations for collaborative working.
If you thrive on change, operational excellence, and delivering results, we want to hear from you!
What you'll be doing:
* Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to the new procurement solution. Conduct impact assessments, create plans, and monitor progress.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key collaborators, facilitate workshops and meetings, build strong relationships, and act as a liaison between the implementation team and partners.
* Training: Assess training needs, collaborate with the training lead to develop training programmes, create training materials, deliver training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes.
* Service Transition: Oversee service readiness, collaborate with the service lead to develop and implement transition plans, coordinate with the project manager and other teams, and monitor the transition process.
* Communication: Develop and deliver a communication plan, create and distribute regular updates, address questions and concerns, and ensure clear and concise communication.
* Support: Provide ongoing support to clients and end users post-implementation, establish a support framework, monitor support requests, and gather feedback for improvement.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the project manager and other team members, take part in project planning and review meetings, and collaborate with other teams.
* Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency: Conduct thorough analysis of current processes, develop and implement strategies to reduce implementation time and cost, implement operational efficiency initiatives, and identify and address inefficiencies.
* Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities for continuous improvement, develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, establish a feedback loop, provide training on new processes, and track key performance indicators.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in change management, preferably within a procurement or technology implementation context.
* Demonstrated success in leading stakeholder relationships and driving engagement.
* Experience in developing and delivering training programmes within the NHS.
* Strong background in service transition and operational readiness.
* Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
* Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, First Principles Thinking, Concurrent Engineering, Theory of Constraints, and Business Process Reengineering.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
It Would Be Great If You Had:
* Experience in multi-client delivery environments.
* Background in automation and process efficiency.
* Experience in a leadership or team management role.
