Sales Development Representative Harrogate Lookers Leasing is looking for a Sales Development Representative, the role requires the individual to generate qualified leads and create new business opportunities within the leasing market, focusing on fleet within pre-agreed company guidelines. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Lookers Leasing plays a critical part in developing the sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential customers. The SDR will act as the first point of contact for prospects, nurturing leads, and generating interest in Lookers Leasing's products. By focusing on lead generation, outreach, and qualification, the SDR ensures that the sales team receives high-quality leads that are more likely to convert into long-term business relationships. Key Accountabilities Lead generation and qualification, proactively identifing new business opportunities by targeting specific industries and decision-makers involved in fleet. Qualify leads to ensure they align with Lookers Leasing’s target market and have a genuine interest in leasing solutions. Ensure leads are well-researched and have the potential to be nurtured into sales opportunities. Market awareness and education, educate potential customers about Lookers Leasing’s products and services, addressing pain points, fleet needs, and growth opportunities for their businesses. Position Lookers Leasing as the solution provider for vehicle leasing Book and schedule meetings for the Lookers Leasing sales team Maintain a clean, well-organised pipeline using the CRM system (Pipedrive) to track all interactions with prospects, ensuring that the sales pipeline is kept up to date. Conduct regular data cleansing activities to maintain an accurate, high-quality database of potential customers. Knowledge & Experience: A proven track record of successful outbound sales development in a corporate market over a minimum of a 2-year period. Specifically utilsing a CRM and outbound calling techniques, evidence of success required.
