Finance Assistant Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic Finance team at NC Associates in Ellesmere Port. As a Finance Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the team with various ad hoc duties within the Finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process purchase invoices and supplier statements
* Perform weekly payment runs and raise sales invoices
* Handle payroll and account queries, and reconcile bank accounts daily
* Support the team with reconciliations and ad hoc tasks to prepare management accounts
* Prepare and input journals, and deal with queries on a daily basis
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar Finance role
* Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
* Experience of dealing with large volumes of data
* Studying towards AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) is desirable
