Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration and Customer Service Assistant to join our busy team. You will be an important part in delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role is essential in providing administrative support across various areas of our team. Main Duties and Responsibilities GBIS admin- completing and uploading necessary forms for installations under the GBIS scheme Supporting the Contracts Accounts Executive in ensuring all paperwork is completed Producing solar handover packs with all necessary paperwork Assisting the wider team with admin duties such as downloading property surveys Creating and maintaining spreadsheets for contracts Assisting in compliance paperwork Uploading jobs onto our NAV and PAS system Speaking to customers on the phone to check all necessary work has been completed on their property Helping with the phones when required Ad-hoc amin duties On offer is a wonderful career opportunity for a person possessing a genuine passion in renewable technology, whole house energy efficiency improvements and sustainability, along with a positive attitude, a desire to work efficiently, a methodical approach, and fantastic team dynamics.
