We are Hannells, Derby's multi-award-winning, family-run estate and lettings agency, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Inspection Clerk to join our dynamic Lettings team in Chellaston! As an Inspection Clerk, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our landlords are kept informed about the condition of their properties. You’ll also help maintain our reputation for outstanding service—recognised by both landlords and tenants alike.

What We’re Looking For:

While experience in estate agency is a bonus, it’s not essential. What really matters is your attitude! If you have:
* A basic understanding of property management,
* A commitment to excellent customer service,
* Confidence when talking to people,
We can train you on the rest.
Your Role:
* 3 days a week: Visit properties and prepare detailed inspection reports for landlords.
* 2 days a week: Forward completed reports and schedule inspection appointments with tenants.
You’ll enjoy a blend of office and field work, offering a great variety in your day-to-day activities.
What You Can Expect:
A friendly, team-focused atmosphere where everyone works towards the same goal—delivering outstanding service. Flexible working: 5 days a week, including every other Saturday. On weeks when you work Saturday, you’ll have a fixed weekday off.
Working hours: 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM (4:00 PM on Saturdays).
Your base will be our Chellaston branch, conveniently located on High Street with nearby shops, lunch spots, and on-street parking.
