Job summary We are looking for a Patient Services Advisor to join our team 30 hours per week. Monday-Friday. Week 1- 7.45am - 1.45pm Week 2 - 12.30pm - 6.30pm You will be working predominately at The Boulevard Medical Practice but will be required to work at our branch site Horne Street Surgery when required. Dealing with all incoming enquiries. Outbound calls- arranging follow up appointments. Internal/ External mail handling Filing of patient notes Monitoring our E-consultation inbox and NHS Mail inbox. Experience is not essential as full training will be given but some experience of customer service is preferred.
