Job Overview
An exciting opportunity for an LSA to join our wonderful school in our recently refurbished mixed preschool/EYFS Foundation Hub. The role will also provide lunchtime supervision. Croft CofE Primary School is a small school in a strong and supportive community.
We are looking for individuals who:
1. Are experienced in providing support for children aged 2-5 including with special education needs;
2. Are qualified to a minimum of NVQ 2 in supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent;
3. Are passionate about supporting pupil learning and development and dedicated to forming and building relationships;
4. Are a strong team player who is able to inspire and motivate pupils, working effectively with the teacher;
5. Are committed to the vision of the school;
6. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is highly motivated.
