Role Overview: As a Bar Manager at Bradleys Bar, you will plan, direct, and oversee all operations within Bradleys. This includes managing staff, ensuring product and service standards are met, and implementing and maintaining procedures for maximum operating efficiency.
What you'll be doing:
* Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Create an environment to maximize revenue within Bradleys.
* Handle and deal with any customer complaints pertaining to Bradleys.
* Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to meet set standards.
* Monitor the bar display to maximize functionality and attractiveness.
* Provide weekly reports to the Operations Manager.
* Attend weekly Food & Beverage meetings.
* Manage the stadium kiosks to ensure operational and cleanliness SOPs are adhered to.
* Ensure all audio-visual equipment is in full working order.
* Responsible for the recruitment, training, and management of all Bradleys staff.
* Organize and adjust staff rotas and schedules in accordance with business levels.
* Work closely with the Inventory Controller to ensure stocks are kept at agreed levels.
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and food safety.
* Ensure adherence to cash management and cashing up procedures.

* Experience in management within a similar operation.
* Proven customer service record.
* Excellent food and wine knowledge.
* Excellent cellar management experience.
* Knowledge of business management principles and practices.
* Knowledge of the use of EPOS applications.
