Are you passionate about working with people and using their feedback to shape services? If so, this opportunity could be for you!
We are the largest social housing landlord in the New Forest and are delivering an ambitious plan around our new tenant engagement strategy and associated activities.

Are you engaging, innovating, and a great communicator?
The role will get you out and about in our communities with a flexible blend of community, office and home working – and you’ll have the opportunity to embrace many methods of engaging with our tenants, be that face to face in communities or just with a knock at a door, plus through new digital opportunities to ensure that all our tenants, no matter what their circumstances, are represented.
Whats in it for you:
£30,195 - £33,579 per annum
24 – 26 days annual leave (plus an additional 5 days after 5 years’ service)
Local Government Pension scheme
On-site parking
Employee Assistance Programme
Hybrid working
Wide range of employee discounts at high street retailers, including supermarkets, stores, and restaurants
Cycle to Work scheme which could save you around 40% on cycles and accessories
Alongside the amazing opportunities this role will give you if successful, we’ll also provide any training or development needed to fulfil the role and offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
You’ll not only be working in an amazing district, you’ll also be contributing to our vision to secure a vibrant and prosperous New Forest into the future, guided by residents, whilst working in partnership with others.
