Our client, a growing organisation, is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to enhance client engagement and drive business growth. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can take ownership of lead generation and client communication, implementing innovative marketing strategies to expand reach.

Digital Marketing Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to educate clients about services.
2. Create engaging content for newsletters, blogs, social media and other communication channels.
3. Organise webinars, events and broadcasts to highlight expertise and offerings.
4. Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Microsoft Ads and social media.
5. Optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and generate high-quality leads.
6. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as required.
7. Produce high-quality content for various marketing platforms.
8. Manage and update the website, ensuring SEO optimisation.
9. Maintain a content calendar for timely and consistent marketing material delivery.
10. Oversee and manage the company's social media presence.
11. Create and schedule posts while engaging with followers to build an online community.
12. Track and analyse social media metrics to improve engagement and reach.
13. Ensure the website remains user-friendly, up-to-date and SEO-optimised.
14. Implement enhancements to improve user experience and functionality.
15. Design and optimise landing pages to support marketing campaigns.
16. Continuously test and refine landing pages to maximise conversion rates.
17. Use analytics tools to track and report on marketing performance.
18. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on data analysis.
19. Continuously evaluate and refine marketing strategies.
20. Work closely with sales and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
21. Support and train clients in the effective use of services.
22. Collaborate with external partners and vendors where necessary.
23. Meet and exceed marketing targets set by the management team.
24. Develop strategies to increase inbound enquiries and business opportunities.
Digital Marketing Experience and Skills Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within the IT or technology sector.
3. Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, social media).
4. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
5. Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
7. Strong organisational and project management skills.
