Develop and implement streamlined tracking and communication systems to enhance workflow. Foster strong, lasting relationships with global suppliers, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards. Oversee inventory control and demand planning using proven methods. Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining business profitability. Implement a robust demand management process. Support the introduction of advanced planning tool software. Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure seamless logistics operations, maintaining strict health & safety standards. Lead continuous improvement projects to optimise processes. Maintain clear communication channels with suppliers regarding pricing and product updates. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on new product development. Stay ahead of competitors by analysing market trends and refining supply chain strategies. Mentor and develop a high-performing supply chain team, managing key roles including Planning Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Warehouse Manager. Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, including ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001. Uphold standards for FSC-controlled wood, PEFC chain of custody, and RSB Advanced Products. What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills with a business-savvy mindset. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. In-depth knowledge of supply chain operations. A collaborative leader who thrives in a team-driven environment. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively. Previous SAP experience is essential.
