Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Senior Account Executive (SAE) or Account Manager (AM) to join Yoke in our new studio in Frome. If you want to join us on our mission and use your skills for good, then please read on.

You will be joining our Client Services team, led by our Senior Account Manager. You will be a confident and organised multitasker, working across multiple projects at a time on an array of different disciplines, to plan, manage and deliver profitable, efficient and fun projects for Yoke and for our clients.

What will you be working on?
You will be planning, managing and leading a range of projects falling into 3 main areas, Branding, Design and Animation, so an experience of running these types of projects is a must.
Core tasks
Write clear & relevant documents:
* Ability to adapt creative brief templates successfully for the purposes of your project - ensuring clarity & relevance
* Ability to think beyond the immediate need and see the full scope of information the team require to deliver successful creative
* Ability to write succinctly with clarity for internal and external comms
* Project scoping - writing clear and accurate Project Initiation Documents
* Plan & write clear agendas, follow up calls, status docs etc.
Managing projects from start to end:
* We have a robust process and platforms to support the successful management of projects. We will teach you the ‘Yoke way’ (we use Harvest, Click-up & Xero), but with the ability to be agile (have the understanding that not everything fits one size)
* We expect you to have an understanding of generic project processes and understanding of the importance and impact of each stage of a project
* Risk mitigation and management
* Communicating with clients on a daily basis and leading project calls
* Internal project calls and management (at times this may also include freelance management)
* Sense checking and proofreading work before it goes to clients
Client communication:
* Build trusting relationships with clients
* Engage in valuable and regular client communications
* Successfully manage clients through collaborative projects
* Act as a filter from client to studio to ensure all information passed internally is valuable, clear and relevant
Project resource management:
* Understanding different types of resource and when certain skills are required
* Understanding the order of project activities to build project gantt charts
* Ability to manage priorities of tasks and project to support in creating the studio resource plan (the SAM manages this)
* Planning out project timelines against our internal resource plan and reporting this accurately to the SAM
Project finance:
* Project budget management
* Project invoicing
* Reporting project finance to SAM
* Ability to connect to the commercially driven monthly revenue targets
Extra tasks
* At times we might ask you to be flexible and help with the following tasks:
* Support managing our social media channels - posting content created by the team
* Support newsletter content creation
* Help plan our content marketing schedule
Experience
* Ideally 3+ years experience in a Account Executive or Account Manager role in a creative agency
* Experience working on brand projects
* Delivering creative projects on time, on budget and independently
Bonus experience
* Worked with clients in the climate/sustainability/nature sector
* Confident with sustainability terminology (we can support learning in this area)
* Using Clickup as a project management tool
* Experience and confidence in using Excel / Google Sheets
* Using Harvest as time tracking
* Confident writing
* Background in sustainability
Location
We have two offices - one in Frome and the other in Spike Island, Bristol. We expect everyone to be in the office at least twice a week - we’re aiming to have set days, but this is tbc. You are welcome to come into either office more than two days a week, most of us spend more time in the Bristol office.
