The Role:
This is a commission only role. No skills required.
We are currently in high demand for Properties located all around the London Region. In sight of this, we are offering the following incentive.
£350 for any client referred over to us and who undergo our Management or Guaranteed Rent services.
Additional £350 Bonus if 3 or more Landlords referred within the same month!
How its works?
•You contact us and refer over your Land lord who is looking to rent out their property for a minimum of 2 years.
•Once we make contact with your client, contracts are signed and new client is taken onboard, we will send you £350 on the day our tenants move into their property.
•Payment will be sent via bank transfer to your designated account
•From your client referral to the property being let, time expected ( 3-5weeks)
Requirements
• Friendly conversation with a UK Homeowner looking to rent out their property for a minimum 2 years.
