Legal Secretary/Receptionist Permanent - Full-time role - 37 1/2 hours per week
Rochdale Town Centre Office
My client are an award winning family law team seeking a new legal secretary in their Rochdale Office.
Currently the office consists of a team of 7 solicitors and 2 trainees. You would be responsible for helping 2-3 fee earners at a time.
Type (audio and copy) all general correspondence, including memos, faxes and other documents and forms;
Prepare documents and correspondence requiring knowledge of legal terminology and document formats, such as contracts, briefs, policies and complaints;
Arrange teleconferences with local, regional and national law firms, as well as other constituencies, as required;
Support colleagues where required and undertake training where appropriate;
