Salary: Circa. £58,000 Role Description: As the Enterprise Transformation Management Office (ETMO) Lead, you will play an active role in shaping, establishing and delivering a programme office to support key strategic programmes across the Allianz UK business, raising the level of change delivery capability. You will contribute to the aim that team members work together and support each other in the provision of all programme management capabilities. Key Accountabilities: Primary focus in establishing and running the programme office for key strategic programmes, ensuring that proportionate governance is in place to successfully govern and deliver the programme. Provide support for other team members, when necessary, particularly to aid personal and team achievement and ongoing development. To look for opportunities to improve programme management office capability quality and value of output, innovative ideas are particularly encouraged. Provides all project and programme reporting artefacts to interested management team/s, such as Steering Committee, Change Investment Committee, ExCo and Board. Provides planning support where required. Provides control of scope and milestones. Actively supports in identifying and tracking dependencies across the programme. Supports financial control in tracking cost and spend across the programme, working closely with Finance Business Partners to report on financial progress and deviations. Provide support and oversight in tracking of programme resources, with strong alignment to financial reporting Ensures programme quality is achieved through application of Allianz quality standards. Skills & Experience Strong communication and relationship management skills Strong understanding of building and managing programme offices Proven track record of working on complex programmes An experienced PMO professional with a strong understanding of programme methodology and life cycle, in more than one programme environment. Experience in SAP implementations desirable. Proven ability to influence key stakeholders. Strong organisational and communication. Ability to lead and drive improvement and change. Working in high pressure environments on time bound activities. Considerable experience within Change Delivery, Project / Programme Offices or Programme Office capabilities: Proficient in commissioning and execution of key programme governance forums, e.g. Steering Committees Experience in working in complex programmes, with multiple projects and workstreams Strong analytical approach to identify assurance areas that need attention by the programme delivery team Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery practices Financial tracking and analysis Qualifications Professionally qualified within Change Management field (e.g. SAFe Lean Portfolio Management or Practitioner of one or more of Axelos P3O, MoP or APM Project Professional etc).
