This role will report directly to the Head of Corporate Landlord and work as part of the Hard FM Procurement project team.
The role is hybrid, with the majority of home-working. Attendance on-site in Bristol would only be expected if the work demands this for a specific reason and by mutual agreement.
Our client has procured and is about to implement a new NEC4 FMC facilities management contract with a new supplier. Our client is looking for a contract management professional with experience in implementing this sort of contract to help us implement it confidently and develop the necessary internal processes, tools, and capability to manage the contract in life.
Candidates must have demonstrable experience in the implementation and management of NEC contracts.
