Job Title: Deputy Operations Manager
Hours of Work: 18.75 hours/week
Reporting to: The Operations Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Managing EMIS registrations, processing data, and GP to GP data transfer.
2. General I.T management and support.
3. Managing the Practices online services and digital presence.
4. Complaints management and handling, along with the OM and the Business Manager in the event of a serious complaint.
5. Along with the OM, become the Emis, Docman, and Accurx Champion.
6. Smart card management alongside the OM.
7. Along with the OM, share the attendance of the PPG meetings and provide support as needed.
8. Work alongside the Business Manager, the OM, and the Nurse Team Lead to plan and co-ordinate the flu season.
9. Liaison with the AAA Screening Team at Russells Hall.
10. Denusumab management.
11. Ordering of stationery stock.
12. Weekly fire testing.
