Our Community Service Centre in Greenford is currently looking for a new Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team. Our Customer Service Advisors are a pivotal part of the success of the service we provide. From arranging deliveries and collections of equipment with service users to answering inbound calls from Service Users and Occupational Therapists, your role as a Customer Service Advisor will be varied. As well as assisting Service Users, you will also liaise with the Community Equipment Technicians to ensure the service runs smoothly. As well as this you'll also be responsible providing excellent customer service to our Service users and resolving any issues in an efficient and timely matter. This role requires strong computer skills and previous experience in customer service roles. Our Service Centre is based in Greenford, but we provide equipment across the whole of London. Full training will be provided as a part of this role. Shift with be Monday- Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 20:00pm with occasional Saturdays per rota. Most importantly, you'll have the necessary care and compassion required to ensure our Service runs smoothly, so our Service users receive the best possible customer service.
