Title: Administration assistant to the CEO office Salary: Circa £27,500 per annum Location: Head Office Reporting to: Project integration manager Closing date: 23March 2025 Reference: AACEO/MAR/2025 Role Provide proactive, comprehensive, and efficient administrative support to the chief executive, chairman, vice-chair, executive directors, project integration manager and council, acting with the utmost loyalty and discretion with the aim of ensuring that the association operates as effectively as possible. Full executive support to the executive team, council chair and vice-chair, ensuring their diaries, holidays and travel arrangements, expenses and all other logistic matters are effectively managed. General administration duties include proof reading, collation and distribution of meeting papers, letters and raising purchase orders. Assist and provide support in the prep for council meetings. This includes drafting agendas, organising papers, logistic of travel, accommodation, food, etc. ensuring the meeting goes to plan, and the taking of and producing the minutes from all council meetings.
