This position is available because of an Internal Promotion. About the Company: Our client provides high-quality CNC machine tools to various critical industries including aerospace, power generation, motorsport, oil and gas, medical, automotive, and precision component manufacture. Key Responsibilities: Manage Service Engineers and Technical Helpdesk Support new machine tool sales and warranty obligations Deliver engineering sales in line with company budget Ensure efficient management and support of Service Engineers Manage quality control of machine issues Oversee health and safety compliance Review and resolve escalated invoice queries Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience in managing a large team Preferably from a Machine Tool / CNC or Engineering background but this is not essential Must be commutable to their Warwickshire site High level of customer support and commercial competence Continuous improvement mindset Leadership skills with ability to identify and solve issues UK Driving License with no more than 6 points The best part of this is, if you are successful in getting the job, we guarantee that you are going to love it.
