TLP Recruitment are seeking a reliable and skilled 7.5 Tonne Driver to join a well established company based in Poole, Dorset. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods to various locations. As a key member of our clients logistics team, you will play an essential role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the integrity of their services.
Responsibilities
* Operate a 7.5 tonne vehicle for the delivery of goods to customers in a timely manner.
* Conduct vehicle checks to ensure it is roadworthy and safe for operation.
* Load and unload goods, ensuring they are secured appropriately.
* Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any queries or concerns from clients.
Experience
* Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
* Current and valid 7.5ton Licence (Min 1 year experience)
* Driver CPC and Digital Tacho card is required
* In-depth knowledge of Dorset and Hampshire
* Maximum 6 points - NO DR's or IN's due to insurance
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are required to manage delivery schedules effectively.
