Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Package: £24-26K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3)

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Sales - Recruitment - The Role
* Meeting with clients virtually and in-person to determine the specific needs of their business
* Headhunting executive individuals for 'hard to fill' positions
* Travelling both nationally and internationally to meet clients and candidates
* Advising clients on the market and hiring strategy
* Interviewing and networking with high level executive candidates
* Business Development to win new clients for the organisation
