EPCI Contract Manager (IAC)
Earthstream are currently looking for a EPCI Contract Manager to assist an Offshore windfarm project. You will be responsible for developing and managing contracts within the Offshore Business. This role will involve close collaboration with teams from Construction, Windfarm, Operations, Legal, Insurance, Finance, and Procurement to ensure best-in-class Contract Management
Key Tasks (but not limited to):
* Management and coordination of the IAC and FT&I Contract Managers within the package to achieve all the following objectives.
* Collaborating closely with the IAC and FTI Package Manager and Contract Managers assigned to the Package.
* Managing and administering the EPCI contract in place with the supplier, including but not limited to claims, variations and contract amendments and co-ordinating with the dedicated Contract Managers for IAC and FT&I.
* Develop adequately balanced risk profiles within the IAC and FTI package through contract strategy and ongoing contract management.
* Implement the necessary processes and procedures required to develop the IAC and FTI contract.
Requirements (but not limited to):
* A degree and professional qualification in relevant engineering disciplines or commercially orientated qualification.
* The ability to manage your own performance, with a significant focus on deli very and an ability to balance a varied and challenging workload, while producing high-quality results in demanding timeframes.
* A good understanding of wind farm construction activities and the contractual implications.
* Experience as project manager, project engineer or contract manager, within renewables sector, for a minimum of 10 years.
* Experience in contract management, within offshore business preferably in the supply and installation of cables and associated offshore operations and the installation of WTG foundations, for a minimum of 5 years.
* Fluent in English, both verbally and written.
