Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Manufacturing Sector Location: Wolverhampton Salary: Up to £35,000 Annual Bonus About Our Client: Our client is a fast-growing company that specialises in providing cutting-edge products and services into the manufacturing sector, (Oil & Gas & Defence in particular). The business has experienced some excellent growth over the past few years, to which there looking to continue to drive the business from a Commercial perspective. This role as a Business Development Executive is a going to be a key driver in the growth plans, working closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team. Package £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience 22 days holidays bank holidays Quartey Bonus Company Incentives Great working environment You’ll be responsible for: Cold calling and reaching out to potential clients within the manufacturing industry. Building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Presenting our client’s products and services to key decision-makers. Managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals. Working closely with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and to drive repeat business. Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. What Our Client Is Looking For: Proven sales experience (if you have experience in a different B2B sector, that’s great too Manufacturing experience is a bonus, but not essential). Comfortable with cold calling and able to get through to decision-makers. A motivated, driven, and self-starting individual who thrives in a business development role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
