Due to rapid growth, our client are on the hunt for an experienced Call Centre Agent who will call through their increasing lead flow. The successful candidate will have uncapped earning potential, with commission on passed leads. Job Summary: Our client, a leading supplier of high-quality doors, seeks a proactive and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join their sales team based in Wakefield. You will be crucial in generating new sales opportunities and driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers and passing leads to their sales reps. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Make outbound sales calls to potential customers from their database to promote their range of doors, including uPVC, composite, and aluminium (not cold calling, they are their own generated inbound leads) Customer Engagement: Identify customer needs, provide detailed product information, and offer the most suitable options. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, creating a pipeline of potential customers. Follow-Up: Follow up on inquiries and leads via phone and email to convert them into sales. Order Processing: Assist customers in placing orders, ensuring accurate details are captured. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on their product offerings, prices, and promotions to handle customer inquiries confidently. Customer Service: Handle customer concerns or queries professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
