Customer Service Administrator Manchester, Wythenshawe As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be required to work in all processes across the business providing support to customers and deliver a first-class level of service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Main responsibilities: You will manage incoming customer enquiries by telephone and email. You will process purchase orders & received. You will own and managing customer accounts including database maintenance. You will prepare and deliver part-numbered quotations in a timely manner. You will support customers with logistical requests/questions. You will prioritise workload and self-manage activities. You will promote & work within our Digital Sales platform. You will collaborate work with all teams/departments to develop and improve customer performance. You will have the opportunity to enhance product knowledge via formal training, on-the-job training, and e-learning You will actively participate in the utilisation of salesforce/SAP for the purpose of co-operation and collaboration of business opportunities. You will assist with any other sales duties as required. Qualification Profile You will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent including English and Maths A-D You will have previous work experience in administration. You will have previous Customer Service experience (minimum 6 months) You will have excellent communication skills and telephone/digital (Skype/GoTo/Microsoft Teams etc) manner. You will learn to have a consultative selling approach with questioning techniques. You will be computer literate. SAP would be advantages but not essential.
